Cancellation
Because we welcome only one client a day, please give at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Less notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Policies
Late arrival
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your appointment or require rescheduling.
Consultation
$50, in person or virtual, credited toward your first appointment.
Deposit
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to book your install. It goes directly toward ordering and customizing your hair.
Refunds & follow-up
Because every service is custom, we don’t offer refunds. If anything doesn’t feel right, reach out within 7 days. Every install includes a complimentary follow-up appointment (up to an hour).
Children & guests
You’re welcome to bring a partner or friend; just let us know ahead of time. We aren’t able to provide entertainment for children.
Maintenance & responsibility
Please follow your home-care guide and book maintenance as recommended. We can’t be responsible for damage from skipped maintenance or care not followed.
Pricing
All listed prices are starting prices.
Hair longevity
With proper care, your hair should last 6–12+ months.
